Can we have a "Hairstylist" ?
I don't know about you, but I'm sick of the hair due on my characters.
Hairstylist :Able to change your character's hair style and color, for 10k per change, which can only be changed per month (Since hair takes time to grow), the change will be made permanetly, unless if you decide to change it again.
I've sent a few emails to Anet about this...and the answers I got were exactly what simular I expected (Sadly). Here is how it went.

Sorry to waste your time, I just have one quick question/suggestion.
Are you guys working or planning on creating a hairstylist in this game?
It would make the game more realistic and fun, I don't like always having to stick with 1 hair style....gets very, very boring and dull.
The hairstylist can act as a money sink, 10k per change sounds fair, and can only be changed per....month? Sounds fair enough, since your char's hair needs time to grow.
It would make the game...much better (Not really possible, since it's already so damn good!), but there's always room for improvement
Thank you for your time, if you can reply with the time of when the hairstylist will be released, or if it will even be released at all, that would be great.
You are busy, no need to make your reply long and complicated.

Hello Nomes,
Thank you for contacting Guild Wars Support about this.
We encourage you to consider posting your suggestions on one of many of the Guild Wars Fansite message boards. A compiled list can be found on the official Guild Wars web site at http://www.guildwars.com/community/fansites/. By posting on one of these message boards, other players can comment on your ideas, concerns, and suggestions, and Development Team members are able to catch up on what the community wants to see in Guild Wars. Fansite forums make it easy and efficient for us to learn from those playing the game.
Thank you for your efforts in assisting us to make Guild Wars the best gaming experience possible.
Regards,
The Guild Wars Support Team

I don't mean to be annoying, but I've done my homework.
I've looked around the forums, and I didn't get a SINGLE person that
disagreed with this idea, we all want a hairstylist
Thats another reason why I contacted you guys, I'd like some facts, not
random rumors, and as for the so called catching up, I havn't seen anything
done about this for...well ever since this idea formed.
I have although seen a post from Gaile Gray, but she only said they'd give
it some thought...well I belive 2 months is enough time.
Again, I really don't want to waste your time, your busy, so I'm trying to
make this as short as possible.
My point is, everyone WANTS a hairstylist, everyone LOVES the idea, now we
just need your aproval and to make it happen.
If it is, we would love some info on when the hairstylist is going ot be
released, or if it isn't going to be released at all.
Your busy, no need for long replies.

Greetings,
Thank you for contacting Guild Wars Support again.
Your feedback and suggestions are important to us. Posting suggestions and feedback on fansite forums is one of the best ways to make sure that the developers see them.
In fact, discussing your suggestions on public message boards can often be more beneficial than directly contacting the Guild Wars team. We ask for players to share feedback or ideas on the message boards because the resulting discussions can quickly give us a broader perspective than one-on-one conversations.
Even though you may not receive a direct response to a post, the developers check the forums regularly, and this allows them to get a feel for the issues and features that are most important to the players.
Kind Regards,
The Guild Wars Support Team

Ok...to sum their long replies up : Post those ideas in the forums, we'll give it a glance when we can be bothered.
So, let's tell them what we want, many threads have been created about this topic, but I think a direct approach will be more effective.
If you want this feature released, simply sign here, if you do not, share why with a few simple words. Comments and ideas of course wanted.

That right there is gonna get a lot of people to share their less than friendly comments about this being over discussed and what not.
Personally, I would never use such a device, I really don't care about my characters other than when I'm taking vanity screen shots for my own personal uses for desktops and such. i know it sounds bad, but by vanity I mean with 15k armor, dyed all sorts of colors, full graphics, etc. I usually talor the armor around the face/hair if I need to, so I don't think I'd ever need to change the hair.
Just for my opinion, this would be uselss to me, but I can see how others might want to use this, for those who are more aesthetically aware of their characters than a jaded player like me.

If you already know theres been threads about this, search and bump it up instead of creating a new post. Youve been on these forums for 5 months, you should know the rules.
If you dont, read the Suggestion Forum Guidelines

As Arkantos said, and also make sure you check the stickied Index of Ideas before making a thread.
We do not need another thread on this; bump an old one.
